The Goats are among the earliest animals domesticated by human Goat farming business is profitable job for young people especially for underdeveloped countries like India, Bangladesh etc. The business has big market opportunities to start the business which need 6 lacks rupees   investment for 100 goat farm shed, banks are giving loans inspire youth and small farmers Invested budget can get it in a first year of the business.

Good morning friends my name is srishailam .Deshpande Fellowship Progream is very good float form this program so many people getting the further plains and getting the gods .Deshpande Fellowship program started first Dr.Gururajudesh sir started in Hubli in 2005 .we Identified the back ward class people facing the communication and Technological problems facing that time started the this program .Before joined the Deshpande Foundation I was so many problems facing .I have first stage fear ,and my presentation level is 1% starting language problems stage fear and nobody language and eyecontucat missing I don't no english communication and before I do'nt time managment .before no systamatics .
Now d f p joined the days first time my presentation level is 1to 4%level improve the I learnt the more communication skills ,improve and i learnt the more motivaction class .and any presentation complited that time getting the feed back also .I learnt the bodylanguage and voice improve the level .now no stage fear  now using the time funclity time management and using currectly time using .improve the english communication and computer skills improve .the every day conducated the Recap session and facilitation conducated the every day and every day conducated the news blurd session is very imperdent day to day daily news paper reading .I learnt the samvadakoota is very usefully this session is i learnt the more .I improve the communication skills .this progream improve the communication and all coved the community development and how to the change the persons and development skills .

The India people live in the 70%people live in the villages.the village people development of the village people .the first started self help group in 1989 first started.the first following the andhera pradesh state c m.dr.narachandrababunaidu started the self help groups .one group one to fifteen numbers live the one group this group every mounth collected the some amount .collected amount group people one person taken or some amount bank despited .bank also providing the loan amount .one group any one person problems facing that time we all are solved the problems .self help group is a very good progream .bank providing the loan we collected the cows and bufellows start the one small daiery form .that we development village and suronding area people development .this group is one first leader and second leader fellowing the group people .every mounth collected the amount first leader collected .every mounth we conducated the meating .we asking the group problems and familes problems also solving the problems .we providing the poor familey small childerns providing the school bags,pens,books notebooks providing . this group every year collecting bank balance and amount loans year to year clear .any villlage which group good progrems fellowing that group getting the good name and more amount . self help group is very good progream village womens development the this progream.

I made a note which contained of budget, showroom, and works. After the d
