I would like to share my learning’s .every day started with yoga session in this yoga session madam daily introduces  new Aassans every day I am learn new Aasana that Aasana name was Sheer Sana. This is king of all Aasanas. These Aasanas very useful to our Body relief, activeness, mind sharpness and sleeping mode gone . yoga is very usefully psychically and mentally practice the yoga .yoga is every person every day morning and evening also practice .morning practice is very usefully .I learnt the some asana surya  namaskara is eighteen steps is practice body and relief . Yoga gurus from India later introduced yoga to the west following the success of Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the 1980s .yoga Hindu Samkhya  philosophy .
Yoga starting go back in the Vedas Indian traditional most development  around the fifth and sixteen century BCE. Yoga is different types in yoga we all are practice ex.Shivism and bhidivism  and yoga The term "yoga" has been applied to a variety of practices and methods. The well-known Hindu schools of Yoga being janya Yoga Bhakti Yoga Karma Yoga Laya Yoga and Hath Yoga but also including Jain and Buddhist practices. Yoga Sutras of  Pantajali constitute classical Ashtanga Yoga the eight limbs, also called Raja Yoga. Yoga practice health is very good and day totally activeness body also relief nests yoga daily practice improve the confidence level   and mind thinking power development .daily practice every one sleeping mode is gone .and yoga so many assans name think every day i learnt the new assans every person doing yoga womens and childrens and oldge people and running pratice is very good .
